| Currency Exchange |
| In China, only Chinese Yuan (RMB) is used. Exchange centers can be found at airports, hotels and tourist shopping centers. The rate of exchange is set by the Bank of China, which is now about US$ 1.00 = RMB 6.8. When exchanging money, you should keep your receipt in case you want to change any RMB back to foreign currency when leaving China. Visa, Master, American Express, Diners Club, JCB credit cards are accepted in many department stores and hotels. The Bank of China and hotels can cash traveler cheques issued by any foreign bank or financial institution. You need to show your passport and pay commission. Traveler cheque signed over to a third party cannot be cashed in China, but can be presented for collection through the Bank of China. | |

Upon receiving your registration form and fees, China International Conference Center for Science and Technology (CICCST) will send you a Visa Application Form with which you can apply for an entrance visa at the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate General. | |
